By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Site and Services immediately.

1. Services Overview

Colorado Dependable Locksmith provides professional locksmith services in Highlands Ranch, CO and the greater Denver metro area, including but not limited to:

• Residential lockout assistance and lock installation
• Commercial lock systems, access control, and master key systems
• Automotive lockout services, car key replacement, and key fob programming
• Lock rekeying, repair, and high-security lock upgrades
• Emergency locksmith services available 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM, seven days a week

Service availability, pricing, and specific offerings may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Service Appointments & Scheduling

When you request a service appointment by phone, web form, or any other method, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your service needs and location
• Be present at the service location at the agreed-upon time or designate an authorized representative
• Ensure our technician has safe and reasonable access to the work area
• Provide valid proof of ownership or authorization for the property, vehicle, or lock being serviced when requested

We reserve the right to refuse service if we reasonably believe the requested work involves unauthorized access to property, vehicles, or locks.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Estimates: We provide upfront pricing and estimates before beginning work whenever possible. Estimates may be adjusted if the scope of work changes upon on-site assessment.
• Service fees: A service call fee may apply and will be communicated at the time of scheduling. This fee covers the technician’s travel and on-site diagnostic assessment.
• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards.
• Taxes: All quoted prices are exclusive of applicable sales tax unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment at no charge by notifying us before the technician is dispatched. Once a technician has been dispatched to your location, the service call fee may apply. Emergency services are non-cancellable once the technician arrives on site.

5. Warranty & Guarantees

• Workmanship warranty: We stand behind the quality of our work. All labor performed by Colorado Dependable Locksmith is covered by a 90-day workmanship warranty from the date of service.
• Parts and hardware: Locks, keys, and hardware installed by us carry the manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist with warranty claims for parts we supply and install.
• Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Colorado law:

• Colorado Dependable Locksmith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our Site or Services
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for delays or failures in service performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, natural disasters, or government actions

7. Proof of Ownership & Authorization

For the security of our customers and the community, our technicians may require proof of ownership or authorization before performing certain services, including but not limited to:

• Vehicle lockouts: valid photo ID matching the vehicle registration, or proof of insurance
• Residential lockouts: photo ID showing the service address, a utility bill, or lease agreement
• Commercial services: written authorization from the property owner or business manager

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if satisfactory proof of authorization cannot be provided.

8. Website Use

By using our website, you agree to the following:

• You will not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, or federal law
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
• You will not use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the Site without our express written permission
